Auchan, Metro and Varus updated vegetable prices: how much do potatoes, cabbage, onions, and carrots cost.

Supermarkets have shown the fresh prices for potatoes, cabbage, onions, and carrots, which affect family budgets and the ability to purchase necessary products. According to the data from the Minfin portal, the average price for potatoes is 32.82 UAH per 1 kg. Auchan and Metro offer more advantageous deals: they sell potatoes for 28.70 UAH and 27.87 UAH respectively. In MegaMarket, the price is 41.90 UAH/kg, while young potatoes will cost 39.90 UAH/kg.

The price for white onions in supermarkets averages 40.65 UAH per 1 kg. Auchan offers the lowest price - 36.30 UAH/kg, while Novus has the highest price - 44.99 UAH/kg. In addition, onions are sold for 18.25 UAH/kg, while blue onions are 29.40 UAH/kg.

The average price for carrots in supermarkets is 29.13 UAH per 1 kg. In Metro, it costs 20.70 UAH, while in Auchan - 26.80 UAH. For cabbage, the average price in stores is 65.02 UAH per 1 kg of young cabbage and 30.92 UAH per 1 kg of white cabbage.

It is also worth mentioning that prices for coffee, milk, and cream have also increased in Ukraine.
