According to information from Reuters and BBC, global airlines have decided to change their routes or cancel flights due to Israel's attacks on Iran. This is done to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, as well as due to the temporary suspension of operations at Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv.
Cancellations and Redirected Flights
Emirates and Qatar Airways have canceled flights to Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, and Iran. Additionally, Air France, Lufthansa, and Air India are also changing their flights due to the worsening situation. Planes from other airlines are being redirected through Central Asia or Saudi Arabia, avoiding the airspace over Iran.
Reuters reports that aircraft from some airlines, including those from the UAE, Germany, and India, were over Iran during Israel's attack.
