Without visiting the TCC: the fine for violation of military registration can be paid in Reserve+.

The Verkhovna Rada is considering a bill regarding the remote payment of fines by conscripts
The Verkhovna Rada is considering bill No. 12093, which will allow conscripted citizens to pay fines and update their data without the need to visit territorial recruitment centers.
Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine Kateryna Chernohorenko reported that many citizens are turning to her department with inquiries about the possibility of paying fines without visiting territorial recruitment centers using the 'Reserve+' application. This is especially relevant for those with a 'violation of military registration rules' marking who cannot verify this. The new bill will relieve citizens from the need for personal visits to territorial recruitment centers and will introduce the possibility of paying fines with a 50% discount, just as for traffic violations.
Furthermore, the new mechanism for paying fines will also apply to Ukrainians abroad. They will be able to update their data and pay fines remotely, ensuring communication with Ukraine and the opportunity to return without obstacles.
According to data, more than 6 million conscripted citizens have not updated their personal data during 2024. This has occurred due to the inaccessibility of the CSC, the electronic cabinet of the draftee, or territorial recruitment centers, which prevented them from paying fines within the prescribed Time.
