State Special Communications: Ukraine Leads the World in Internet Stability.

Ukraine is a World Leader in Fixed Internet Stability
Ukraine remains the world leader in the stability of fixed internet, even despite the military invasion and attacks on telecommunication infrastructure. This was stated during a roundtable on 'Communication During War: Experience in Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communication Networks for General Use in Conditions of Martial Law.' The meeting was organized by the State Special Communications Administration and the National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communication Networks of Ukraine.
According to Denys Pozdnyakov, a representative of the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Ukrainian internet became the most stable in the world last year. This data is confirmed by the international ranking of the Digital Quality of Life Index. Pozdnyakov also noted that key communication nodes and emergency service networks are now fully equipped with generators for autonomous operation for 72 hours.
Ukraine has also started significant development in mobile communications. Over the past year, 3,400 new base stations have been installed, allowing more than 800 settlements to access 4G connectivity. The average mobile internet speed exceeded 31 Mbps.
During three years of war, the National Center for Operational and Technical Management of Electronic Communication Networks of Ukraine issued over 10,600 orders to provide internet access to security and defense forces. Additionally, 430 internet resources and over 17,000 domain names related to the aggressor state or threatening Ukraine’s national security were blocked.
