On the night of June 17, Iranian state media reported new missile strikes on Israel. This was reported by 'Glavcom' citing BBC News.
As stated by Iran's permanent representative to the UN, Amir Saeed Iravani, Tehran is exercising its right to self-defense by conducting 'proportionate defensive actions' that, according to him, were directed exclusively at military facilities and related infrastructure.
He also accused Israel of attacks on civilians and civilian infrastructure. The opposite opinion was expressed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating that the target of Israeli strikes are Iran's nuclear and missile facilities, while Tehran is attacking peaceful inhabitants.

According to the Iranian Ministry of Health, at least 224 individuals have died since the start of Israeli attacks, while the Israeli side reports 24 fatalities due to Iranian strikes.
