The Ministry of Digital Transformation Expands the Capabilities of e-Entrepreneur.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has announced the expansion of the e-Entrepreneur service. Now, sole proprietors and LLC managers can submit a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base with labor protection legislation requirements through the Diia portal.
The Declaration of Compliance of the MTB is an important document confirming that the premises and equipment of an enterprise meet the requirements of labor safety legislation. Without this document, organizations using heavy equipment cannot conduct their activities.
Previously, the declaration could only be submitted offline through territorial subdivisions of the State Labor Service, which was inconvenient for entrepreneurs. Now, the process has become significantly simpler and faster: users can fill out the application, sign it with a qualified electronic signature, and track the processing status directly on the Diia portal.
The new service is being implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Transformation. The development and implementation of the e-Entrepreneur program are carried out with the financial support of the European Union under the EU4DigitalUA and DT4UA projects. The e-Governance Academy and FIIAPP have also joined in supporting the development of the comprehensive e-Entrepreneur service and the digitalization of permit documents.
