In Chernihiv region, a man created a unique system from alternative energy sources.

A Ukrainian from Nizhyn created a system of alternative energy sources in his yard. It includes a solar collector for heating water, a wind turbine, and panels. The man has been engaged in this since 2014, when it was his hobby.
When the full-scale invasion began, I realized that it was necessary to expand the system to certain criteria. If there is a blackout, the network will be completely shut down, then I have a reserve of batteries for 9 kW. - says Bohdan Neshcheret.
According to Bohdan, his reserve of batteries can supply the house with electricity for three days if consuming 3 kW per day. The man also says that he always loved crafting and has a mechanical engineering degree.
Worked as an electrician in Kyiv. Wiring, wiring, and that's how it went. And at this point, it has developed into such a rather large system. It is not huge, but it fully supplies the house with energy. - adds Bohdan Neshcheret.
The man explains that his system is designed in such a way that different energy sources are interchangeable. If there is no sun, there is wind, and if there is no wind, there is a gasoline generator. He also has a solar collector for heating water with a capacity of 240 liters, which fully provides for his family.
Bohdan notes that he spent approximately 140 thousand hryvnias on creating this system. During its development, he searched for information on the Internet and came up with ideas on his own.
Let us remind you that Ukraine plans to attract investors for the development of renewable energy and to build 4 GW of wind energy projects by 2025.
