In Berdychiv, five pairs of socks were seized and put up for auction
In Berdychiv, the local state executive service decided to seize five pairs of socks from a debtor and put them up for auction. The starting price of the lot is 100 UAH, and the bidding will take place on December 16. The description of the lot states that these are five pairs of men's summer socks from the 'MaySocks Zhytomyr' brand.
The state executive service is also selling planes and dogs
The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, through its electronic trading system (SETAM), has decided to sell 26 planes with a total starting price of 2,465,496 UAH. It was also reported that the Ministry is auctioning off dogs of debtor owners. These announcements have caused a real scandal on social media. The head of SETAM explained that this is being done due to the insufficient care of the owners for their animals.
The OpenMarket auction (SETAM) is an online auction that has been successfully operating throughout Ukraine since 2014 and uses Blockchain technology. The total sales amount since its inception is 12.3 billion UAH.
