Naftogaz, together with the charitable foundation 'Energy of Victory of Ukraine' and the organization 'Dobrobat', implements the social program 'Warm Up', which aims to provide heating to socially vulnerable citizens.
Within the framework of this program, four thousand uninterrupted power sources with a capacity of 600 W for autonomous operation of domestic gas boilers were purchased. This equipment will be used for heating the homes of families of deceased soldiers, veterans, large families, internally displaced persons, and pensioners.
'Many Ukrainians, especially socially vulnerable families, risk being left without heating during possible power outages in winter. We cannot allow this to happen. Therefore, Naftogaz Group initiated the 'Warm Up' program and purchased charging stations that will power gas boilers even in the absence of electricity. We are facing a difficult winter ahead, but together we will overcome all the difficulties,' said the Chairman of the Board of NJSC 'Naftogaz of Ukraine' Oleksiy Chernyshov.
The program will be implemented in five regions of Ukraine: Kharkiv, Kirovohrad, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi.
