Naftogaz explained the procedure for returning funds for erroneous payment
Naftogaz of Ukraine reported on the procedure for returning funds in case of erroneous payment for gas. Sometimes even the most attentive consumers can make a mistake with the amount or details when paying for utilities.
If such a situation occurred with a gas payment, Naftogaz claims that the funds can be returned.
To do this, the payer must prepare a package of documents. A request for a refund is required (a template is available on the company’s website gas.ua), copies of the identification code and identity document, as well as a document confirming payment (receipt, check, or bank statement).
Additionally, a certificate with the payer's bank details is needed. A contact phone number and email address must also be provided.
The collected documents can be sent to the email address [email protected] or by postal delivery to the address: Kropyvnytskyi, postal code 25001, Soborna Street, 1A, recipient – GK “Naftogaz of Ukraine.”
Earlier, Naftogaz appealed to gas meter owners with a request to make it by the 5th.
