Oschadbank has launched a new loan program for purchasing housing with a floating interest rate. This program differs from the state program "eOselya" in that it is available to all clients regardless of social category, preferential status, or ownership of existing housing.
Oschad does not impose restrictions on the cost per square meter, the age of the property, or the area of the housing.
The interest rate on the new mortgage program for the first year is 16.99%.
After the first year, the rate will consist of a fixed part (4%), which will remain unchanged throughout the contract, and the UIRD3m index.
All other terms of the mortgage products remain unchanged.
