The Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed over 77 thousand enemy targets using drone systems
Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskiy reviewed a report on the results of drone system usage. According to the report, in March, drones of various types struck and destroyed over 77 thousand enemy targets, which is 10% more than in February.
According to Syrskiy, there were also positive results in the destruction of enemy reconnaissance UAVs using air defense systems and intercept drones. Approximately one thousand reconnaissance drones were destroyed in a month.
Syrskiy also noted that special attention is being paid to countering the enemy's drone systems. New electronic warfare systems are being implemented to protect our servicemen. The number of short-range electronic warfare systems has significantly increased.
The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces added that the number and capabilities of drones with fiber optics continue to grow. Drone systems with a strike range of 20 km are already being used on the front.
During the meeting, commanders of drone system units also spoke. The Commander-in-Chief emphasized the importance of keeping up with technology and promptly implementing and scaling advanced experiences in the use of drone systems. In the technology war, Ukraine must stay one step ahead of the enemy.
