A worker of the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi lyceum who was wounded by a Russian strike has died in the hospital.


A terrible terrorist attack at a lyceum in Odesa region has once again shaken Ukraine. Russian terrorists launched a strike using a missile in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, resulting in the deaths of three people. This was reported by the Odesa unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The head of the Odesa OVA, Oleg Kiper, stated that the lyceum became the target of a horrific attack by Russian terrorists. The missile strike and explosions led to tragic consequences, including the death of a school cafeteria teacher.
Currently, eight people are in the hospital, including two boys born in 2009. Rescue operations at the scene are ongoing, and the authorities are claiming to provide all necessary assistance to the victims.
President's reaction
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky called the tragedy a terrorist act and emphasized that this is yet another manifestation of aggression. Unfortunately, the attack by Russian terrorists was already carried out, causing more suffering to peaceful residents. We must do everything to prevent similar tragedies in the future.
