The Ministry of Defense reported on the volume of assistance from partners for 2025.

The total volume of financial assistance expected from partners for the next year is at the level of 12.6 billion euros, 10.7 billion dollars, and 3 billion pounds from the United Kingdom.

'The total volume of assistance to Ukraine for 2025 (from partners) is expected to be 12.6 billion euros, 10.7 billion dollars, and 3 billion pounds from the United Kingdom. Thus, we are ready for resistance and there will be opportunities to inflict maximum losses and harm on the enemy,' said the spokesperson of the Ministry of Defense, Dmytro Lazutkin.

According to him, the Baltic states - Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia - will allocate 0.25% of their GDP to support Ukraine.

'The United Kingdom is allocating 3 billion pounds per year until 2031, so this is stable funding, and there is an agreement on this. Denmark is expected to provide 8.7 billion euros by 2028. In 2025, military assistance will increase to 2.2 billion euros, including joint projects and investments based on the Danish model, which has already proven itself well and has become exemplary in a certain sense for other countries,' noted Lazutkin.

Lazutkin stated that regarding the EU, at the beginning of next year, Ukraine is expected to receive the second tranche of military assistance worth about 1.9 billion euros.

According to him, these funds will be used for purchasing ammunition, air defense systems, missiles, and supporting the Ukrainian defense industry.

'(From - ed.) NATO (is expected - ed.) to provide up to 500 million euros in a comprehensive assistance package from the Alliance to Ukraine for 2025. The Netherlands - (is expected from them - ed.) 4 billion euros for the period of 2024-2026. Germany - 4 billion euros is directed for military assistance. Norway is increasing support to 2.7 billion dollars. The USA is providing 5.5 billion dollars in military assistance. The Swedes, who fully support us as a country, and this support does not fade away, again, there is financial confirmation - 7.5 billion dollars. This is a three-year framework program,' said Lazutkin.
