Ukrainians have been shown where the cheapest and most expensive 'one-room apartments' are located.


Prices for one-room apartments in Ukraine continue to rise
The average price of a 'one-room apartment' in Zhytomyr has increased by 12% and amounts to 45 thousand dollars.
The most affordable housing can be purchased in Zaporizhzhia for 18 thousand dollars. In Mykolaiv, Kharkiv, and Sumy, prices are also low - ranging from 21 to 22 thousand dollars.
The western regions and the capital have the highest prices for one-room apartments. In Lviv, the cost of such housing is 65 thousand dollars, in Uzhhorod - 60 thousand dollars, and in Kyiv - 63 thousand dollars. Prices have also risen in Rivne - to 47 thousand dollars.
Prices for apartments in Cherkasy have increased by 8% and amount to 42 thousand dollars, in Odesa - by 7%, to 39 thousand dollars. In Chernihiv, prices have risen by 3% and are 32 thousand dollars. In Dnipro, prices have increased by 4%, in Chernivtsi - by 6%, and in Ivano-Frankivsk - by 2%.
Prices for one-room apartments in Ternopil have decreased by 4% and total 35 thousand dollars. In Vinnytsia, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Poltava, Kropyvnytskyi, Lutsk, and Khmelnytskyi, prices have remained unchanged.
Member of Parliament Olena Shuliak noted that the actual transaction prices often turn out to be lower than those stated in advertisements: 'The actual cost of real estate may be 25% less than what is indicated by sellers when placing ads.'
According to her, most Ukrainians buy old apartments with an area of about 48 square meters.
