Ukrainian Greco-Roman wrestlers captured the hearts of the audience at the U17 European Championship by winning four medals. The national team finished fourth in the overall standings.
Timur Larin (92 kg) became the silver medalist, while bronze medals were won by Anatoliy Novachenko (110 kg) and Denys Seredin (60 kg).
At the European Armwrestling Championship in Romania, they successfuly won nine medals. This confirms the high level of Ukrainian athletes and coaches.
In addition, Ukrainian athletes won 56 medals in various age categories. Overall, third place in the team standings is a great success for Ukraine.
