Andrii Govorov, who previously announced his retirement from the Olympic career, is a two-Time Olympic participant and holder of the world record in the 50 meters butterfly. The swimmer has many awards, including a bronze medal at the World Championship and silver and bronze medals at the Short Course World Championships.
