Prices for secondary apartments in Kyiv
Ukrainians have been presented with information about prices for secondary real estate in Kyiv and where it is most profitable to buy housing.
According to LUN data, there is a significant price difference between central and remote areas in the capital's real estate market. The center is noted for the highest prices, while the outskirts can have even more affordable housing than the suburbs.
The Kyiv market has prices ranging from 1,000 to 2,600 dollars per square meter
The most expensive district remains Pechersk, where the average price for a one-room apartment reaches 124,000 dollars. In second place is the Shevchenko district, where the price for a one-room apartment is about 79,900 dollars.
The Holosiivskyi district strives for third place in price. Here, the average cost of a one-room apartment is 67,500 dollars.
The Podilskyi, Darnytskyi, Dniprovskiy, Solomianskyi, and Obolonskyi districts differ in the medium price category.
Price arrangement in individual districts of Kyiv
Podilskyi district:
- one-room apartments — 62,000 dollars;
- two-room apartments — 90,000 dollars.
Darnytskyi district:
- one-room apartments — 61,500 dollars;
- two-room apartments — 90,000 dollars;
- three-room apartments — 115,000 dollars.
Dniprovskiy district:
- one-room apartments — 59,000 dollars;
- two-room apartments — 75,000 dollars;
- three-room apartments — 105,000 dollars.
Solomianskyi district:
- one-room apartments — 55,500 dollars;
- two-room apartments — 89,000 dollars;
- three-room apartments — 135,000 dollars.
Obolonskyi district:
- one-room apartments — 54,500 dollars;
- two-room apartments — 78,900 dollars;
- three-room apartments — 113,000 dollars.
The most affordable districts are Svyatoshynskyi and Desnianskyi, where housing prices are on average the lowest.
In the Desnianskyi district, a one-room apartment averages 41,800 dollars.
Recently, rental prices for apartments have also risen significantly.
