A well-known military man, full cavalier of the Order of Bohdan Khmelnytsky, addressed Ukrainians.

Participant of the program "Gurtom ta vshchent", Hero of Ukraine, commander of the K-2 battalion of the 54th separate mechanized brigade Kyrylo Veres urged Ukrainians to support the army and equated his service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine to religious rituals, asking for regular assistance.
The battalion commander also talked about the supply of his unit, noting that the state provides 100% of armored vehicles and weapons, but for mortars and machine guns, funds from foundations and volunteers are necessary.
In addition, Kyrylo Veres shared his thoughts on the orders of the command, admitting that he disagrees with those that do not align with his principles.
Another Hero of Ukraine, commander of the Buk-M1 anti-aircraft missile division Yaroslav Melnyk, also noted that among the conscripts in his unit, men over 35 years old prevail, while there are few 20-year-old fighters.
