The Ukrainian Verkhovna Rada is considering a new draft law that will give men the opportunity to receive a deferral from military service, even if they are not registered with the military or are in search.

According to the draft law, individuals who are employees of critically important enterprises may receive a deferral from conscription even without military registration. Such booking will last for up to 45 days and may only be granted once a year. If within this Time the individual does not resolve their military issues, the employer may terminate their employment.
