The President reported that he urgently signed the documents submitted by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine: the law on multiple citizenship, the ratification of the agreement on the establishment of a Special Tribunal for the crime of aggression by Russia against Ukraine, and the suspension of the operation of the Ottawa Convention on anti-personnel mines for Ukraine.
The leader of Ukraine explained that thanks to multiple citizenship, it will be possible to create more real legal grounds for the unity of our great people - millions of Ukrainians on all continents, as well as those representatives of other nations who have tied their fate to Ukraine.
At the same Time, Zelensky noted that thanks to the tribunal and cooperation with countries around the world and international organizations, it will be possible to ensure real inevitability of punishment for Russia for the war against Ukraine.
